RESET Property Services is led by Sam & Caleb, working out of Prentice, Wisconsin. We started RESET to give property owners one dependable team for the messy, in-between work of getting a property ready.
Why we started RESET.
Too often, getting a property ready means chasing down a haul-away crew, a cleaner, and someone to handle the odds and ends — each on their own schedule, none of them accountable for the whole picture.
Sam & Caleb started RESET Property Services to be the single team that owns that entire middle stretch: clear it out, haul it away, clean it up, and hand back a space that is genuinely ready for its next use.
Based in Prentice, we serve Price County first and travel to neighboring Northwoods communities for the right projects. Whether it is a landlord turning a unit, a family clearing an estate, or an investor resetting a distressed property, the approach is the same: show up, be clear, and do the work well.
